I ordered a case wine via livingsocial which was supposed to be delivered within 7 working days, when this expired I contacted livingsocial only to be told I had to contact karpe directly and allow 3 working days for a response - not even as much as an acknowledgement of my email! I went back to livingsocial and stated as I was their customer I expected them to resolve this for me and if the goods were not delivered by close of business the next day I expected a full refund. Goods arrived the next day!!!

Don't deal with this company. Terrible customer service. I ordered wine through GoGroupie on the 21st September 2016. DPD should have delivered on 12th October a.m. After waiting all day and chasing the delivery company,I was told that they had destroyed the shipment due to a broken bottle. Despite numerous phone calls, I have been fobbed off with various excuses, and an email this week 31st of October promising urgent delivery this week, I am still waiting. They are a rubbish company.

They might have some good offers. Although them customer service really needs an evaluation. After delivery delayed for 12 days I contact the company. They answered me only with a ticking number. Only after I told them I want put a formal complain they told me there was a problem with the courier. I insist with the formal complain and the customer service department even answer...

Karpedeal use a delivery company called SEUR who supposedly delivered my order of wines to me at my home address and have a signature from someone called ADAM.. There has never been a delivery to my house by SEUR and there is no one in the street named ADAM. This has now been an ongoing issue between Karpe and myself for over three weeks now. I have not received my wine and I have not been offered a refund for the Wowcher that I bought. Has anyone else experience this problem?
