Absolutely appalling service – would not recommend. Alex arrived late and parked in the drive. Had a leak in the system and spoke with a ‘Niall’ about fixing same over the phone when making the payment by debit card for the service. He ‘promised’ that he would come back to me later that evening to organise a plumber – no such call was received. Received a call the following Friday from a female employee asking for payment and this was advised that payment was paid by debit card the previous Friday. Received a call at 5.55pm one week after the ‘promised’ call from another employee regarding the leak in our system. Subsequently spoke with ”Niall’ and wait for it, he couldn’t remember. Typical!
