Desired Skills & Experience:  

• B2B telesales experience is required with track record of achieving sales targets.
• Previous experience selling online advertising would be advantageous but full training will be provided to the right sales professionals.
• Excellent sales, presentation, influencing, communication and written communication skills required.
• Must be highly professional and strongly customer oriented.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Must be able to work on own initiative.
• Must be target-driven with ability to exceed sales targets.
• I.T. Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint..
• Leaving Certificate – 3rdLevel Degree Preferable.
• Knowledge of the online Irish advertising market place would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of search engine optimisation and search engine marketing would be an advantage but full taining will be provided to the right sales professionals.
